Everything spot on..... would have given excellent rating, BUT.... lots of building work going on in new reception which we weren't informed of before hand, didnt cause to much trouble though. I stayed at the Greenwich Express Holiday Inn whilst attending my cousin's wedding. The wedding was excellent, but everything about the hotel was quite the opposite !
