The location is excellent as the Victoria Station, Green Line bus terminal and Victoria Coach Station are all within walking distance.

Rooms
I booked a single room but as it was not yet available when I checked in, I was upgraded to a double room which had a double bed and a single bed. There was a big window facing the Eccleston Square and so I got a very green view. The room size was OK although the shower room was a bit tiny: I always hit the shower curtain when I had my shower. There were a microwave (not all rooms have a microwave in the kitchnette) and a cooking stove in the kitchnette. Towels were provided & rooms were cleaned during weekdays.
