Some staff were excellent (eg the guy who fixed my wi-fi connection), but others could barely speak English. The wi-fi, even when connected, was very slow - almost too slow to be usable. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean. But the milk at breakfast was off and the breakfast staff spoke very little English. more

Booked hotel 3 weeks before travel . Difficult to find somewhere for I adult, 2 pensioners and 2 teenage boys 14 & 16 but this hotel fit the bill. The location of the hotel is perfect, two minutes from the nearest underground station gives perfect access to the whole of London. My experience of the hotel was nothing but pleasurable.
