I recently spent a week in Chelsea Cloisters and had a really pleasant stay. I was assigned a modern spacious studio flat with excellent facilities. The building had a 24 hour porter service and staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, always there to answer any query. Furthermore, the building’s location is excellent: in the heart of Chelsea, minutes away from... more

I have been living in Chelsea Cloisters for a couple of days a week for the last couple of years. The location is great... not only a couple of minutes walk from my office , but also in a great neighbourhood and near the tube station... i have a studio which is great as it has a kitchen so I... more

We usually go to London twice per month for business above all and this time I linked the two things seizing the New year's Eve in London. When checking in I realised a disgusting reception, also the smell of the building was shameful. Then we were introduced to the leasing manager, Mr Steve Purcell, who was very rude and unpleasant.... more

I lived in Chelsea Cloisters during a long term placement in london. I had a very nice apartment which, if a little small, was clean and comfortable. The best thing about chelsea cloisters is without doubt the location. When you go out the front doors you're on Sloane Avenue 2 mins away from the kings road and south kensington tube.... more

Stayed there for a week. Room was nothing like what they have on website (and we had the large studio - can't imagine what the small studio was like?). The sink in the kitchen clogged up when we did a load of washing. The fridge over-heated to the limit that, despite a 13degree day out (which is pretty cold for... more

I have stayed in the chelsea cloisters four or five times in the last year, as often I need to come up to London for a few days here and there since i'm a doctor. Now that i'm a regular I have got to know some of the receptionists and manager who are always very friendly... and they always manage... more

My wife and I were in the process of relocating from Boston-USA to London and had very little time to work out the details. Shipping our stuff, flight arrangements, new job, cancelling all bills in the US....so we took the easiest way when it came to finding a place to live for the first month while looking for a definite... more

We stayed 11 nights and were charged for cleaningfor every night, though no such service is provided on Saturdays or Sundays (some story about a VAT dodge). The building is old, the interiors ugly, the carpets threadbare, the drapes skimpy and the furniture and equipment mingy and/or half broken (eg windows, TV, microwave). Most disappointing given its very good location more

This place deserves more credit than it gets. Yes the corridors and reception are tired but thats not what this place is about. In my opinion its in the best location in london; right on brompton cross. Although I am her on business, working in the city, I still wanted to stay in a friendly neighbourhood, with the best shops,... more

this place is really great if you want to be in chelsea and experience london at its best and have a good time - there are the best restaurants around, try tartine and eclipse! chelsea cloisters itself is not that glamourous in the reception, but staying in a serviced apartment is so much better than a hotel- its like having... more
