If you want a cheap B&B with damp walls, grotty carpets, hairs on the bedsheets, doors that my gran could break into.....then this is the place for you. this was the 2nd time we have stayed here. We booked a triple room and there was a slight mix up, so they gave us the flat next to the hotel for no extra charge. They even went out and bought us a new kettle. We will definatly go again. Lovely location as well more

Clean, well-lit, modern, but with no heating (yes, room 121), and no lift so you must drag your luggage up 2 flights of stairs, all the time under the scowling gaze of a porter or a hotel staff who offer no help, none whatsoever. This was THE WORST place I've stayed in all my years traveling. it was dirty, not ready when I arrived, the owners were pushy and overall not a friendly experience. We didn't even stay the first night, we also ran for our lives. We lost 4 Nights at GBP 255.00. more
