Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Complete disgusted by management at this development. Stay away. I wish I had read all reviews online before committing to stay here. I have had to vacate early due to non stop issues yet paying full rent. I wish I had come across Dolphin Square Friends Facebook page before committing

We have stayed here now twice. The photos do not do this house justice. It is well maintained ,well positioned, well equipped and a perfect spot for a family holiday Walking is ideal, shopping fun and hotspot for pubs and eateries.

Recently stayed for two nights. Reception staff excellent , really friendly and helpful. Everywhere was very clean and well presented . We had a one bedroom apartment with separate living/dining / kitchen. The small kitchen was well equipped with quality utensils. Located only 20 minutes walk from the palace of Westminster we found it a great base . A number of nice restaurants are within easy walking distance . The apartments also have a lovely garden area .

My title says it all. Great cozy location in Pimlico near the station. You could hear church bells in the morning--loved it. Sparse accommodation but comfy beds, bath tub, easy to cook in the rooms if you request w/a kitchen. Internet was horrendous, I felt like a teenager on a 56.6k baud modem. Only complaint--the internet! Had to extend my stay, they were kind and got it sorted quick.

we appreciatet the place, its historical very interesting, and since I read "Transcription" it was my wish to go there. We were possitivly surprised by the spacious rooms, the tidyness, the friendliness of the staff. The Apartments are in a good location to reach the Tate Britain on foot, or just 2 tubstations to Greenpark. The Swimmingpool is a good surprise aswell, really big for a hotelpool, it was quiet easy to get an appointment for it. Well after all we could recommend this location and would love to return! But we would book without breakfast and choose a nice cafe nearby. Since we had a secretescape booking, breakfast was included. We read the ratings and didn`t expect very much. On the first morning there was a nice italien girl, we took an croissant an orangejuice and a papercup of tea to our room since there were no tables. The next day we arrived at nine a clock ( we had to check out to get the plane) There was a tray of nice croissants, just as we wanted to order, the boy with a big earring was closing, took the tray and told us he would be back in 5 minutes. When he came back after 15 minutes he was quiet stressed, made us some coffee, and told us that the only croissants (filled with ham and cheese) that were left were not included. He gave us each one very small pasty, and this was the first time in my over 40 years London experance we left the town hungry and therefore in a bad mood. We know it was not the fault of the boy, but......

At First look I loved this spacious apartment and thought it was clean, my mind changed when I saw stains on the bedding, we went to turn it around so that the stains were at the bottom of the bed because it did actually look faded so probably had been washed but the next morning the actual duvet had slipped out of the cover as there was nothing keeping it in and the stains on it were disgusting (see photo). I am usually a cold person but the apartment was absolutely baking, we had to open a window to be able to sleep and then were woken up around 2AM by people outside playing music and shouting, someone else in the apartments shouted down to them to keep it down because it had woken her daughter. All in all NOT impressed.

Been to dolphin house a few times and I am rarely disappointed. However on this stay having just arrived. It has been disappointing from arrival. Firstly arriving for a birthday weekend to hopefully make use of the wellness centre. On arrival The reception informed me that it closed at 10pm which I was disappointed when I turnt up at 8:30 to find it closed. I then thought no problem I’ll make use of the bath in the apartment again disappointed when the bath plug did not work. After heading to reception to inform them I was quite bluntly informed that housekeeping will have to deal with it in the morning. I then asked if there was any other available rooms upon which again he bluntly said that they were fully booked. Out of curiosity I thought let me have a look online to of course find available rooms. Very disappointing so far. Let’s see what tomorrow bring.

Large apartments although unfortunately not all of them have a hob which is strange. Great that they allow pets but unfortunately at an insane price of £150 per stay! Also great that they have underground parking but at £35 for 24 hours it all seems to add up quite quickly. The swimming pool has been closed quite a while for maintenance and I believe it will be closed for a further month atleast which is a shame.
