This hotel really delivers! Expensive yes but still good value for money. Staff were amazing...very professional but still friendly and you got the feeling that they wanted to be there. I am deeply impressed. First of all the hotel is located in the theater district of London. 5 minutes from Piccadilly Circle and Trafalgar Square. The hotel is nice, stylish and modern. The rooms are nicely sized (for New York standards). I love that you can watch TV while soaking in the tub. What impressed me most was the staff.... more
