Hyde Park Rooms is cheap and cheerfull. Carole was great. Breakfast was nice. Staff were all friendly. The Paddington tube station is a short walk away and easy to get to all the attractions (takes about 30 mins to travel to Tower Hill). Plenty of places to eat nearby. more
