I have stayed in many hotels in london and really liked the stay in Astors. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I booked a double for single use and the room was very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was quite sufficient for a busy morning, I will definately stay again and I have no doubt in remmomending this hotel to... more

This hotel gets a negative score in every category except location. It is FILTHY, the employees are not helpful, the internet does not work, you have to pay extra for a service that does. There was MOLD in the bathroom. It was very small and way overpriced. I would never stay here again. Even though I know London is expensive,... more

First impressions were good. Small but excellently placed Hotel. Had twin bedded room. Compact but on surface more than adequate. Until my daughter and I returned back from a fabulous Coldplay Concert at Wembley Stadium. Exhausted I pulled back the sheets -to find a SOILED tissue in middle of the bed and 5 black hairs!! I went to reception and... more

The hotel was clean, the rooms were small but well appointed, the location was close to Victoria Station, and within walking distance of many of the sights. The breakfast was limited but certainly enough to start the day, and the coffee was excellent. After checkout and upon arrival at Heathrow I discovered I had left some cash in the room... more

This hotel is in a great location if your traveling by coach to London Victoria. It was only a 5 minute walk round the corner from the coach station, but at the same time away from the main road which was nice. We stayed in a double room which was very modern and had a very nice flatscreen TV up... more

We loved the Astor Hotel. We stayed in a triple room with our 17 year old son. The room was clean and my son had a separate alcove with a twin bed. Breakfast was included - it was a very nice serve yourself buffet with cereal, yogurt, breads, etc. The staff was very nice and we felt very comfortable there.... more

They gave me a room on the top most floor and there was no elevator. The guy at the desk did not offer to help so I had to lug my big suitcase up 4 flights of steps. As a single woman traveler that was not a good start. I was paying premium rates for each night (as the sign... more

Room was spacious. Bathroom was very clean. A nice 3 floor hotel (no lift). Next to Victoria Station, this hotel is well located. No free internet access. Breakfast room was small but it is OK. I have been in several hotels in London before and this one is by far the better. I definitly recommend this hotel. more
