The rooms are spacious, clean, nicely furbished and fully equipped. Location is very convenient for shopping, museums and parks. Our room was very quiet and the air conditioning worked very well. Would definitely come back more

Stayed here a couple of times. Yes, there was construction last summer, but we didn't find it that bad. We normally stay in a more classical place north of Oxford street, but sadly not available any more. Presidential is not as unique in that it could be anywhere, a 50s style building, but still, great location, and management very helpful.... more

We stayed at the Presidential Apartments in July 2007 and hated it! Don't go there! It's location at 102 George Street is the only good thing but location doesn't make up for the bad experience we had there. The place is set in a construction zone!!! We heard loud construction from 8 am to 8 pm., right outside our window.... more
