Spent only one night at the Club Quarters after a change in plans and getting a great rate on Hotwire. It was a clean adequate room for 3 (we had our adult son with us). Nice mini kitchen. Shower is a little tight. The best part about this hotel is the location.....you can walk every where. Lots of pubs around.

Stayed at the Grand for 6 wonderful nights. Location great, in the center of London. Service was magnificent. I am disabled and my accessible room was excellent. Staff at hotel, especially, Mr. Peasant Joshi and Michelle were extremely helpful and accommodating to my needs. If ever in London again, will stay at the Grand at Trafalgar Square.
