Gee whiz did we suffer some frustration (and by the line at reception we were not alone). Booking, credit card authorisation procedures and the knowledge of the staff at reception were all questionnable. On the plus side it is a great location. Probably once quite grand, renovations have stripped most of the grandeur away.
