i would reccoment everyone to stay at the hotel. the rooms are very clean and tidy, the staff are very friendly and the overall service is fantastic. i would also advise to join their premier rewards system so you can get a free nights stay at the hotel. more

The location of this hotel is its main advantage. On walking distance from Paddington Station I could very easily catch my train further up the country early in the morning. Do not stay in this hotel. The staff are rude, incompetent and unfriendly. After a mixup at the desk which left us waiting around for 30mins, the room was small and dirty. Staff not very friendly or helpful. Location is good, but one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Avoid. more

I don't understand the bad reviews here... It's a great hotel in a great location and most important in a sain price (60 for night for a couple). The only thing that wasn't so great was the size of the room but who cares - you just need a bed to get some sleep :) The staff was verry nice... more
