I needed somewhere chep in London at last minute for a meeting in Docklands. Normally I would stay in a Travelodge, but at such short notice these can be quite expensive. I went with efcollegebreak and they booked it for us. I stayed in a one bedroom flat, which happened to be my favorite all through Europe. I booked QMUL thru Hostelworld.com You can also book directly from them at http://www.ccrs.qmul.ac.uk/holidays/rates/index.html I stayed a total of 12 days in both Maynard and Beaumont Hall. Maynard is not an en suite, you share facilities with five other rooms. Beaumont is en suite. Maynard has a full bathroom and one small toilet/sink in each "wing" of the dorms. There... more

Queen Mary University of London at Mile End is open during the summer University break (June to September). Accomodation requirements meet everyone from B & B, single rooms, twin and double rooms with or without shared bath. You can also have exclusive use of a whole flat (great for families).
