Location was fantasitc, set in a very quiet residential road. The room I had was spotless, beautiful furniture and a calm ambience. Ian makes the best vegie breakfast with a fantastic choice of delicious locally sourced food. I would definatley recommend staying there and if I am ever back in Norwich would not look any where elst. Thank you more

a great and welcoming place to stay - comfortable, enjoyable and generous breakfast and even organic bathroom towels. Very unassuming on the exterior but a lovely clean, bright and spacious interior with a welcoming host - heaven for vegetarians and vegans and an excellent location within walking distance of Norwich city centre. more
