We used this inn for a base for a local wedding, we received a warm welcome on arrival. We continue to visit the Bug on a regular basis, and enjoy every visit. The staff are excellent, the food superb, and the service cannot be faulted. Obviously some people expect too much, and perhaps don't know how to behave in a pub. Perhaps the landlord should be quicker to recognise such aggresive troublemakers and politely ask them to leave?
