Stayed overnight for a family wedding. The room was comfortable, but small, but the bathroom large. If you want a quiet room ask for one facing the inner courtyard. Obviously not much of a view. Stayed in this hotel with my wife for three nights. Our room was on the small side but was clean and tidy. Food (breakfast and dinner) was excellent. We stayed for 3 nights and were allocated one of the feature rooms - Ranworth Suite. This was just luck as we had just booked a double room. Rooms are OK but they seem to have no idea about providing a service. We were ordered to go from the bar to the restaurant by some bossy waiter and then we waited for over 50 minutes to get something to eat. The rooms were comfortable, the staff helpful and any requests for special dietary requirements were met without any fuss. Nothing was too much trouble for the duty manager and was able to help when needed whilst being discreet.
