Stayed 2 nights at £29 a night, what a bargain, had room overlooking the river. Room clean and bright. Hotel central for everything in Norwich. We used it as a base to travel around Norfolk. Breakfast good value as was the evening meal. Parking not an issue, just get your ticket validated. more

Located on the riverbank and across the river/road from the train station this hotel has a great location. At the end of Prince of Wales Road which IS the local club scene but as long as you don't mind walking past lots of teenagers queuing for night clubs/cashpoints it's not a problem - we never saw any 'trouble' at all.... more

Stayed at Nelson in June after having a casual drink there on a previous occassion. This hotel has undergone a majour revamp, so the older reviews should be taken lightly.
