Wrong booking reservations and prepayment rate & information, language challenges with reception staff. Known problems with internet room connection yet still allocated room and charged fee. Front of house staff seem to be trying very hard but I sensed more management communication and organisation required. Usual good standard rooms, clean and well serviced. Arrived after a long journey.Reception staff very friendly and helpful.Rooms bright,airy,clean and very comfortable .Ensuite with shower only( no bath) was clean and adequate for our stay. We enjoyed our stay in this modern relatively funky styled hotel. It was clean, spacious and affordable. Plenty of parking outside and just a few metres from the ASDA (huge supermarket/department) store. I can highly recommend this hotel . The rooms are spacious,clean,bright and comfortable. There is every amenity you could possibly need for a short stay. The bathroom was a good size and exceptionally clean with enough towels for everyone (often there are only enough for 2 people even when booking a family room !)
