I book a 3 nights stay at this hotel they didnt answer E mails sent before the arrival date asking for information of hotel room or call me back as they promised. On arrival there was no one on the front desk & when he did appear he was curt & unhelpful room was not up to standard windows full of cob webs, spider infestation in bedroom & bathroom windows, cob web hanging from ceiling of bedroom about 3inch long full of dead flys, carpet not hoovered very well, wardrobe not very clean nethier were draws. No information as to when breakfast would be served or where infact no information given about hotel faciltltes given at all. When ask where we could get some thing to eat & drink at 2.45pm answer was no where round here everything shuts at 2.30pm you might be lucky Maxines down the road might still be severing atfter a drink at Maxines went back to hotel where we got our suitcases told the staff the only member of staff we saw that thier standard of housing keeping... more
