My wife and I wanted to have a couple of nights away from the kids to celebrate her 40th birthday but as I have been diagnosed with Coeliac disease recently it makes things difficult to sort out. Well having found Turnerford Fold on the Coeliac UK website it sounded ideal and that's exactly what it turned out to be. Our... More

We stayed for one night and had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Fiona and Paul do everything to a high standard from the comfort of the rooms to the food. The setting is beautiful and our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! We will certainly recommend Turnerfold to our friends. More

We stayed for two days in this nice, secluded place. Our hosts; Paul and Fiona, were very friendly and helpful. They made us a lovely dinner at the first night and also delicious breakfasts. Al their food is produced locally and within an area of some 6 miles. They have their own (free range) pigs, which looked very happy and... More

Chose this B & B from the Coeliac Society magazine and stayed for 5 nights. Friendly people and happy animals and the food. was so good that we looked forward to every meal. So reassuring to know that your diet is completely safe. Local village of Clapham was lovely and the walk to Ingleborough a sheer delight - not to... More

We had the good luck to have fabulous weather and the location of this b&b is fabulous. Set in beautiful countryside, the owners were more than happy to make us a cuppa on arrival which we had sitting in the lovely garden watching their wonderful animals and the countryside. There is a track to the farm and we found it... More

We stayed for 2 nights over Easter. The location is fantastic for those who value seclusion and country side. We were made to feel very welcome. Even though we could not give the hosts much notice about wanting dinner cooked on the day we arrived, it was excellent food and good value too. We loved the pigs that are kept... More

Very comfortable and spacious room in a secluded country setting. Everything was beautifully clean. Breakfast were excellent and we had the cooked dinner one evening which was expertly cooked and very enjoyable and very good value - you are sent a lengthy menu for all three courses when you book and can list your favourites and any dislikes on the... We had a 1 night stay with Paul and Fiona at Turnerford Fold - which was far far too short. It is a fantastic place in all respects. It has just 2 rooms with little extras and luxuries you would not get in a run of the mill B&B. The location is very remote and incredibly beautiful on the outskirts... More
