I would discribe this as a boutique b&b. its the only 4 star property in this area and it deserves all the 4 stars.
the property is a double fronted terrace house over looking redcar cricket ground. it as a nice lawn with tables and chairs. once inside you can see the attention to detail every thing is perfect. our room was overlooking the cricket ground,quite a large room with double bed a nice settee usual tea and coffee making facilties, a very nice modern en suite. extra touches include fluffy bathrobes,dvd player. up market toiletries.(we went out and left a bottle of wine in the room when we came back it was in a wine cooler and two crystal glasses besides it )
breakfast was excellent you sit round a large oval dining table set up with china and lace tablecloth.and it has double doors into kitchen were you can talk to the hostess while she prepares you full breakfast help yourself to fresh fruit,and greek yougurt or have a bowl of muesli.
