When we arrived myself and my wife thought what a nice place it was. However the following morning we felt quite different as there was no hot water to either do the washing up from the night before or to have a much needed shower. The hot water only worked when the landlady came and pressed the reset button on the hot water heater but for four mornings we had no hot water.
We tried to ask for compensation from the landlady after we had stayed and asked for what I thought was a reasonable £30 about 10% of our costs but they didn't want to comply which I thought was really stingy. more
