The Old Station is very welcoming. Our room was lovely and modern and exceptionally clean. It was en-suite with a shower. The weather was cold while we were there but the room was always lovely and warm and comfortable to be in. The food was excellent with a hearty Dales breakfast and s selection of food from the menu which youcould eat in either the bar area with a coal fire or in the restaurant in the evening. The hotel is ideally situated for walkers or visitors to the Settle Carlisle railway (which we were) and is 10 minutes walk from the station at Settle. This hotel was great value for money and made our trip very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel. more
