Nothing to fault in any way. Spotless rooms, excellent breakfast, as good has our previous two visits. As other reviewers have stated, no need to consider any other place to stop. Very good location. Excellent information in room regarding facilities in Whitby, even if your a regular visitor to Whitby.

Judith and mike are wonderful hosts, mike does a mean brdakfast. Judith an excellent hostess. Rooms are very clean and cosy. We have stayed there for the past 4years, wouldnt entertain going anywhere else in whitby. Xx

We arrived early at sunnyvale and were told that our room was ready, which was a relief after a long journey. 5 of us stayed for 2 nights and it was excellent, the rooms were lovely and were well equipped and the food was fantastic. Great location as well as within very easy walking distance to Whitby and its many attractions. We have a great weekend.

We stay here every year now. There is absolutely nothing I can fault with Sunnyvale... Excellent service, excellent value. Spotless clean. Perfect.
