Staying on my own on business, clean room with no disturbances, decent breakfast and great to be just opposite the train station so no long walk with my bags. Helpful staff and a good sleep, Thanks i'll be back if I come to Whitby

A party of twelve. We would like to say thank you for a really good Easter weekend. Staff were great, really friendly and helpfully. Rooms good size, clean. We were on the second floor. In the morning you had road traffic noise, but not to bad. We will return

Went into Whitby to find a pub with sky sports so we could watch the hull city match. We bought a round for 6 of us and politely asked the barman (big guy with pony tail) what match they were showing. The customer service was shocking!!
