This is a great place to stay. Owners are lovely, very helpful and know a lot about the local area. It is 5 minutes walk from the centre of York, close to lots of great pubs, restaurants and shops. Needing somewhere central in York, with parking and not expensive is almost impossible so finding City Guest House was welcome. On arrival able to park right outside to unload, then given a parking permit and shown where to move the car to - all of 20 yards away!
