The hotel is in a great location and close to the centre of York. The hotel reception is comfortable and staff very welcoming. However the rooms require updating, the one that we stayed in for two nights was dated, needed decorating and required a new bathroom. More

Had a betwixed night out and stayed here. A good example of the Best Western brand. We didnt eat dinner here, prefering to walk into York, though the food sounded appertising.
