One night stay in York with friends on an annual get together. Would highly recommend the Minster for lots of reasons. Very close to City centre, room very clean and warm (even though it was freezing and snowing), breakfast really nice and all staff friendly and efficient. Free parking is also a bonus. Very helpful and friendly staff at this hotel. Rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean - the only complaint would be that the beds were rather small. Only 5 minutes walk to the City walls and 10 minutes walk to York Minster. Also a small Sainsburys and plenty of pubs nearby. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend More
