Stayed for 3 nights in October 2009. Hotel was a short walk from city. Room was not huge,but was warm and clean.Bathroom had a good shower. Room was warm and quite. Lovely room, had booked a superior room for just one night but when we arrived we had been upgraded free of chrage to a luxury double (10 downing street suite). Excellent service, lovely 4 poster bed and great breakfast. Great location, only downside was the shower was never hot, only warm. Would go back again. more

We really enjoyed our stay, The ladies on the front desk were very helpfull and very polite. We only dined in the restuarant on our second evening which deserves the rosette awarded. Our bedroom was very modern just what we like. Will be returning more
