Stayed two nights in Dec 11 in this amazing house , From arrival to departure cannot fault anything . 12 min walk to town (as directed by hosts ). Beautiful room in attic with space and large bathroom with bath and shower .Fantastic hosts nothing too much trouble and available at all times with reviews on where to eat etc... More

Had a 2 nite stay start of dec could not fault it clean great welcome room spot on 4 poster bed as for the breakfast mega quality and plenty set us up for the day I did not eat till 6pm the same day car park a little small but was fine as there was street parking on the side... More

Absolutley fabulous hotel, half an hours walk from the city centre, (but an enjoyable walk) we were on the top floor, but it was lovely and clean with all the usual amenities... Lovely hotel.Family run with very friendly staff who can't do enough to help you.Excellent breakfast with a good choice and a vegetarian option.Very comfortable, clean accommodation within brisk walking distance of York centre, avoiding expensive car parking.Really enjoyed our stay and will be returning!! Everything works well, and the breakfast is very good. Owners very helpful and knowledgeable about attractions in York. Room was large and comfy. Everything very clean and well-presented. Parking on-site. More
