Stayed at the hotel on Saturday night as we were meeting friends at York races. Never been to York before, very impressed! Have just spent 4 nights here and can only agree with all the other positive comments. Friendly hosts, spotlessly clean room and bathroom with fresh towels every day. Excellent breakfasts. The B&B served as a perfect base for seeing York by foot, we didn’t need the car once whilst we were there. The breakfasts are amazing and really set you up for a full day out and about. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The room had a high standard of decor, in a quiet, relaxing, location with a lovely bathroom with a luxury deep bath. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. A good choice for breakfast and well-cooked. We would certainly return for another stay! more
