“Entry is difficult”

You might want to take the telephone number with you, as you can be left on the doorstep for quite some time when reception is desterted and they don't answer the doorbell The telephone number you will need is 01904 621193

“Does what it says on the tin.”

This hotel is perfect for a couple nights stay. Me and my partner went there with another couple. its a 10 minute walk from from all the attractions in the city centre. the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. what more would you want in a hotel? would go back when we plan to go to york again.... “good place no complaints”

stayed for 2 nights this weekend. reasonably priced clean and comfortable. breakfast was nice enough although my mushrooms were slightly undercooked the 2nd day. if you are on the 2nd floor and are over 6 foot tall take care when walkin up the stairs as you will hit your head despite the warning signs. nice place i enjoyed my stay.

“Excellent”

Friendly and homely atmosphere, great breakfast with plenty of choice. Room good size, light and airy. The shower could be a challenge at times though. Very convenient position, short walk to Centre with the choice of a river walk.

Hotel was was about 10 min walk to centre of York, stayed here many years ago but not as nice now needs some updating. Staff were very nice beds were very comfortable. Stayed at the Blue Bridge for 5 nights and found it good value for the price. Excellent location as it's only a 10 mins walk to the city centre. Enjoyed the breakfast and found the staff helpful. Room was warm and bed was comfortable. I will definitely stay there again when I next visit York.
