The rooms were good, the breakfast good, and the proprietors hugely friendly. They let us leave the car on site while we went round the city. The main clientele seems to be tradesmen on contrtact, but the feel is simply of a good commercial premises. We'd have been happy to stayt longer if we'd needed longer in York more

My fiance and I stayed at Moorgarth during a trip to the UK in the summer of 2001. The room was warm and inviting, the bed was comfy, the shower pressure was great, and the bathroom was a good size for an ensuite B&B of this type. The breakfasts were yummy! more
