Great guest house. Really clean, comfortable rooms. Plenty of drinks, including bottled water available. Easy walk into York, but very quiet road so nothing to disturb you in the evenings. Couple of good pubs just around the corner, so no need to go back into city to eat if you didnt want to. Would certainly go back. more

Although having stayed with Mark & Geniene in their first year, I was not sure what to expect.
