A truely fantastic hotel. On a quiet side street ten minuits walk from the minster. Gorgeous building, very friendly and efficient staff. Amazingly decorated rooms and public areas. I could not fault this hotel at all. Will definately return in the near future. more

Marmadukes Hotel possesses a real old world charm, and is situated down a quiet side street. We were able to sleep with the windows open and were not disturbed by the noise. We stayed 2 nights at Marmadukes for our first wedding anniversary and had very high expectations based on the hotel literature, website and (not to mention) the price of the room.
