Okay, the price was reasonable but you'd expect a clean room. The carpet was very dirty, no, I mean very dirty, like a before advert for carpet cleaner, but at least that dirt was static and if you kept your shoes on you were okay. I have now stayed at The Black Bull 3 times and have booked to go back next week. Stayed at the parsonage twice and much prefer the Black Bull.
