Dalescroft is a quiet little B&B in an ideal location which is only a ten minute walk away from York centre. The owners are very friendly and accomadating and cook a great breakfast with a good variety. We booked two rooms which were both very clean and had their own ensuit. Stayed at Dalescroft Guest House for two nights in February 2007. Staff very friendly and chatty ... owners have a very loud dog that barks at times. Useful on street parking available, but make certain that you obtain the permit from the Guest House. Guest House within 10 minutes walk of the city centre and all the attractions.
