poor management, took five attempts to get rooms confirmed even though deposit paid. On arrival at hotel was told the rooms that had been confirmed to us were now unavailable! Breakfast poor, self service had to wait for eggs, when seated found there was no cutlery, when cutlery arrived breakfast cold. Had to ask for teacups! Staff obviously overworked and underpaid and I am afraid this shows in their attitude to customer care. more
