Really enjoyed my nights stay at this thatched pub. The room was beautifuly furnished to an excellent standard. High roof with beams. Lovely comfortable and warm beds. Dinner in the pub was just what we needed after a hard days riding on our bikes. Convivial hosts, pleasant service from the staff. First rate and that breakfast before the next days riding marvellous.......... will come again more

I now fully understand why this B&B was awarded 4 stars by Visit Britain. I have stayed in more expensive B&Bs around the country which were truly poor by comparison. The C&H B&B accommodation is fairly new and so everything is not only spotless, but also of a really high quality and really different - not just the standard old stuff found elsewhere. The bathrooms are wonderful, with power showerd which actually deliver!

Breakfast is wonderful... and the evening meals are also of similar standard,

This really is a great place to stay and to eat and drink.
