At around 11.30 p.m. all the lights in our room went out. By the light of the television we managed to find contact numbers for Reception and the Duty Manager. We stayed here for the British Grand Prix and the location was great (only 15 min drive from track). It was £150 per night for the room and included breakfast (full english with cereal, fruit etc). The Toyota team were staying when we were there (not the drivers obviously, just the mechanics). Good hotel. Wouldnt hesitate to stay there again.... more

The hotel owner and staff were welcoming and helpful. Clearly a local favourite for eating out, the meals were well presented and the wine list was manageable and fairly priced.
