Friends and I went to Hexham for a wedding last weekend. We booked accommodation at the Coach and Horses, and quite frankly the accommodation was terrible. The carpets were badly stained, there was a huge patch of mould / damp on our wall, we even had a stool in the room from the pub downstairs which was also badly stained. The room cost £30 per person per night without breakfast, which considering the state of the accommodation was outrageously over priced. In the end our friends and I were so disappointed with the rooms we left without spending the night there. more
