Went to slaley hall for a weekend with family,stayed in a 5 star ,3 bed lodge and " yes" they were 5 star,kitted out with the best equiptment ( all mod cons), 2 bedrooms with on suite and king size beds,3rd room was basic with 2 singles which we converted into a double.kitchen had everythng you need for self catering with a huge dinning table,double glass doors leading onto a patio.The main bathroom had a jacuzzi and a sauna which was total surprise.
In the lounge/sitting room was all you could expect,leather sofas coffee table,tv on a revovling stand,cd player all of high quality,the entire lodge was fab,i really can not do it justice in my review.
The grounds were stunning acres of woodland,with a activity centre where you could do a range of things paintballing,quad biking,4x4 of track,clay shooting and many more which all must be booked in advance and expect to pay about £60 per person ,we had full use of the spa at no extra cost.
