We stayed here for one night whilst we visited Kielder Water. The pub is very well located and our room was very pleasant, clean & nicely decorated. The service throughout our visit was very good. However, we found the food disappointing - what I would describe as old fashioned and lacking flavour. The breakfast however was excellent. more

Everything about the Pheasant Inn is splendid. The setting is beautiful and peaceful. The pub has all you'd want of a traditional inn...great beer , fine malt whiskys and the wine we had was the house selected which was excellent.
