I stayed here on Saturday 28 Sept 2008 - booked through City Serve Apartments. Please see review before me as I agree completley with their comments. Dirty bed linen, dust everywhere, broken blinds, broken sofa bed, broken toilet seat. I took pictures and sent a mail to City Serve who would accept no responsibilty and told me to take compensation... more

I wish I had seen the previous reviewer's comments before going to the Marco Island Apartments too. We booked the apartment for 4 people and also got placed in room 224! There was a sofa bed which was broken - the supporting frame in the middle was broken through and through so that the bed sank in the middle even... more
