Well situated with great facilities and nice rooms. The crowne plaza club room was really good too. Breakfast offered a wide choice of foods. In particular, we'd like to mention Jim Cunningham, the hotel porter, who could not do enough for us and was really friendly and extremely helpful. The reception staff when we checked in were really friendly too. more

Rooms are clean... basic for a 4* star though. Spa not that great either! The staff are quiet abrupt and did not seem to be helpful unless your elderly. So i would recommend this place for my nan and pop's. Next time i come to nottingham i wont come here. I will try a better 4* hotel! more

Good clean room, Good food. Club lounge was great giving free drinks, snacks, internet use and television. Staff are very friendly especially the porter (Jim) who is always there to help and offer assistance. Small but decent gym with a decent sized pool. Can't wait to go back again. more
