Staff couldn't have been nicer, the room was great value for money. Not the most luxurious hotel in the world, but clean and tidy. Car park is a bit tight though! We would definatley stay there again.

Having been working in Nottingham on and off for the past two weeks and have stayed here in a single room. Very comfortable and a fairly sizeable room ( though some I saw were tiny). Everywhere very clean but whole building needs a good paint. This does not put me off returning especially as the breakfasts are brilliany. You can... More

Ive been looking for B & Bs via Laterooms and got a good rate for this place. The room was clean enough, and check in was easy. Parking can be problematic with lots of vans in the car park. Large cockroach in the bathroom didnt help - but I have heard that they only like clean places! Breakfast was adequate... More

I have now stayed twice at this hotel and, although it is not the most luxurious hotel in the world, it is clean and very welcoming. Nice public areas ( including a small bar and bar snacks are offered). Wifi is quite good in the lounges though a bit patchy in other areas. Staff very friendly and helpful - parking... More

On arrival at the hotel the staff were very helpful, we arrived early for check in but were shown to our room without having to wait. We could not find fault with any member of staff all were helpful and polite. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was plentyful and enjoyable, and when... Stayed 3 nights, will be staying there again over the next couple of weeks. Outside Nottingham but not too far. I travelled in by car every day taking about 15 minutes. Excellent real ale pub within 5 minutes walk also does good food! Car parking on site.

Group of us going to Nottingahm for the night out decided to stay here. Had read some poor reviews sauing is was "old" and "dirty". Our experience is yes the decor isn't brand new, however it was not at all dirty and we had 5 rooms. The hotel was full with a variety of people (they have 45 rooms). The staff... More

Just what it says on the tin and so much nicer than a characterless chain hotel. An old property but the staff are really friendly, our room was nice and big and the breakfast was excellent. So nice to see a hotel like this being busy. Its not the Ritz and you get what you pay for.
