I booked a room via their online booking form - I believe I indicated 13th September. Their email to me indicated they had received my enquiry and had accommodation available, but did not have any details in it about the date - so I booked, providing my credit card, still believing it was all for the 13th September - at no time did I receive a confirmation of date. When I arrived at 5pm on 13th, I phoned to advise we'd almost arrived and to get further directions. I was informed that my booking was for the night before and they could not accommodate us because they were booked out. They charged me the FULL amount for this stay - an example of taking your money at any cost. Extremely disappointed at their lack of understanding, support, communication and customer-service. more
