Booked the B&B for its location in Summertown. Location was the only decent thing about this place. Rooms were small and dirty, staff were about as rude as they could be. The worst was the breakfast. I feel ashamed that tourists to England are offered something as bad as this as an "English Breakfast". Never again for me! more

I would never ever stay here again. My first impression of Adams was that is was very shabby and dirty but I thought for 2 star what do you expect.
