just 'ok' had room at rear so nice & quiet. decent breakfast, but room very tired, could have been cleaner! en-suite was ridiculously small 'cupboard' have stayed in other -cheaper b&b's which are in a different , much higher- class more
Clean, friendly place to stay. Parking available which is a big plus for Oxford. Regular buses into city centre. A little bit dated and our room was a bit small but good breakfast and we were only staying one night. Wish there was a radio in the room.
