Milka's is a friendly UK B&B in Oxford.
When I contacted by e-mail they send me pictures and vt-s of a typical single and double room, which was very helpful.
Initially I was offered a double room and the ground floor on the street side. The room was reasonably sized and clean, but a little noisy due to the traffic and as a single woman traveller I prefer not to be on the ground floor.
Violet, who checked me in, showed me another single room and the loft room. She offered me the same price for the loft room as I would pay for the smaller room since it was out of season and they weren't fully booked. I found this very hospitable. The room was very big and clean, double bed, desk, small sofa and ensuite bathroom, with a beautiful view on their garden. The bed was comfortable enough, bathroom a little small and the pressure in the shower could be better. The information book has everything you need, with travel tips, etc. The wireless internet worked fine.
